Disconnect Your Service

Whenever you move out or no longer require electric service, you will need to have us disconnect this service so that you will no longer receive a monthly bill or be responsible for usage.
We will disconnect the meter, take a meter reading and process your final bill.
The final bill will be issued the following month and will be figured based on the reading on the meter at the time of disconnection, less the membership fee/meter deposit and/or security deposit.
If you reconnect the same account within 12 months, you will be charged a $25 fee.
