Upgrading Your Service
Sometimes your power requirements exceed your current service capacity. If you’re adding central air conditioning, a new electric furnace or subfeeds to outbuildings, you may need to upgrade your service with us.
Crawford Electric will install a new meter loop to meet your needs. You will be charged a service connect fee based on the following schedule:
 $150 for 100-amp service
$200 for 200-amp service
$500 for 320-amp service

An appointment with an engineer may be necessary.
Services located in Franklin County must have an approved county inspection before Crawford Electric can energize the meter loop.
