Bylaws
The Bylaws form the backbone of the structure of this local cooperative. The board of directors regularly reviews these guidelines, and needed changes or updates are presented to the entire membership for approval at annual meeting.
As a member of an electric cooperative, you have certain rights and responsibilities. Refer to the most current edition of the cooperative’s Bylaws for details.
