Youth Tour
Each June, the cooperative sends three high school juniors on an all-expense-paid trip to Washington, D.C. After a week of sightseeing, tours of historic and governmental buildings, and meetings with representatives and senators, these students return to Missouri with a unique perspective of our nation's capital.

The winners of the 2010 Crawford Electric Youth Tour trip to Washington, D.C., are high school juniors (left to right) Kimberly Emery of Sullivan, Trina Stumpe of Sullivan and Dalton Reeves of Cuba. These three students were part of an 80-member Missouri delegation to join more than 1,300 young people from across the United States on the seven day trip to D.C..
