It's the Co-op Calling
You know your co-op provides 24/7 service, and you can always reach someone on the phone any time of the day or night. For speed and convenience, we give you the option of using our robust Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system when you call. Just follow the menu prompts to report an outage (Option 2) or make a payment (Option 3).
The IVR also allows the co-op to reach out directly to you by automated voice and/or text messages. The co-op uses the IVR to notify members:
- whenever crews will be doing major construction or tree-trimming work in your area
- whenever a planned outage may be needed for system maintenance
- during major outages
- whenever your account status changes
Be sure the co-op has a good phone number on file for you so you don’t miss out on these important messages!
